Kristie Clayton is the Integrator and Chief Compliance Officer for BCR Wealth. A few of her many responsibilities include Human Resources and leading the Operations team. Like so many EOS companies, is really a people-focused company. In 2016, Kristie founded a community for women Integrators who run their companies on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). The group began with five women that communicated in a group chat who wanted to grow personally and professionally while helping the companies they work for truly Win. Female Integrator Mastermind (FIM) has developed into an international peer to peer mentoring platform with over 100 members. The community of women Integrators has expanded to include an Integrator community, monthly Learning Workshops, mentorships, small groups, an Annual FIM Women's Summit, and more.
What is an Integrator? By now, most of you probably know what a Visionary is, but a lot of people - even some Visionaries - don't know a lot about Integrators or what they do. Kristie Clayton is not only the Integrator for BCR Wealth, she is also the founder of FIM, or Female Integrator Mastermind, an international community for women Integrators who run their companies on EOS. Today, we talk about how important an Integrator's role is - after all, they're more than just sidekicks. They're the string that keeps the kite (the Visionary) in check, they're the bridge that keeps the Visionary connected to the leadership team, and the glue that holds the rest of the team together.
