And so what I found is that when I am able to observe what life is asking of me and it as it can ask for important stuff, that I can answer that call and that it can take my emotions out of it. And so my hope is that going into ending this year, realize that you hopefully have answered the call of life you learned what you needed to learn. And you can reframe that as the gift that it is and you actually have a choice dismiss it as all bad. And that is a choice. But if you look at your life and think of it as the perfect outcome that the universe was uniquely configured to produce for you - and that's what you get out of the year, you can have amazing things happen.
